FAQs

How can I know the status of my order?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email with order number. SHOPIFY system will send you delivery details after we have sent out the order and fulfilled the delivery information. You also can contact our customer service by email or phone if any inquiry.

 

What are the online payment methods available?

Our website accepts credit card payments (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) with PayPal and Stripe.

 

How to view my shopping cart?

Please click on the « Cart » button in the top right corner of the webpage.

  

I lost my password/ my password doesn't work, what can I do?

If you lost your password/ your password doesn't work anymore. Please click « Log in » and go to « Forgot your password? ». And please entry your email, we will send you an email to reset your password.

 

Where can I find the use direction of the products?

You may refer to the "How to use" and "when to use" sections on every product page. If you have any further questions about TALIKA products usage, please contact us by email, phone call or Facebook message.

 

My product is defective, what can I do?

If you have purchased from online or another official point of sales store, please contact our Customer Service by phone (852 2526 2963) or email (customerservice@talika.com.hk).

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

We will pack your purchase invoice together with the product you purchase in the shipping package.

 

Will my emails or inquiries always be answered?

We do our best to respond to your inquiries at the same day that we receive them, from Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 06:30 p.m. Hong Kong Standard Time. However, responses may be delayed on Friday afternoons, Mondays, or when we receive a lot of inquiries.

 

What are the business hours of TALIKA customer service center?

Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 06:30 p.m. (Hong Kong standard time)

I received a promotion code. How can I use it?

When you check out online, enter the code in the «gift card or discount code» field. Please check the discount amount for all items before final payment.

 

The promotion code is expired/ will expire soon. Can I have the expiration date extended?

Unfortunately, the expiration date of promotion codes cannot be extended. The expiration date is based on Hong Kong standard time; please use your promotion codes before they expire.

 

How can I sign up for a TALIKA account?

Anyone can become a member of TALIKA, free of charge! Click on the « Create account » button on the top right corner of the webpage, then fill up the required information (first name, last name, email, and password). Then click « Create account ». Please remember to check your email box to activate your account.

What are the benefits of being TALIKA member?

As a member, you are entitled to the following privileges:

How to redeem my TALIKA points?
