Warranty & Repair Policy for beauty devices

Limited Warranty

All Talika products are warranted and tested to be from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to the published specifications. During the warranty period should your Talika product(s) fail under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, Talika will repair the product or replace it with a comparable one. This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.

Duration of warranty

Your Talika product is covered by this Warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase that includes the original purchase date is required for warranty service. Talika reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is suitable for inspection of the product. The decision made by Talika whether to repair or replace the product will be final.

Limitations

This warranty does not apply to product failure caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alliteration to the product’s surface will also void the product warranty. Talika product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Talika is also not responsible for damage or failure of any third party equipment, even if Talika has been advised of the possibility.

Product return procedure

Please send us a product return request by email (e-shop@talika.com.hk). In the email, please kindly provide your contact information (Your name and contact number), the invoice number and reasons for product return. Our team will contact you shortly and explain you the return procedures. 

Please provide a photocopy of the Warranty Registration Card with all fields completed along with a photocopy of the purchase invoice included in return parcel.
