Warranty & Repair Policy

WARRANTY SERVICE (FIRST YEAR)


(1) WARRANTY

All Talika products are tested and to conform to the published specifications. During the warranty period should your Talika product(s) fail under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, Talika will consider to replace it with a comparable one. This warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth herein.

(2) WARRANTY PERIOD

Effective from 1st Oct 2021, all Talika beauty device products will be covered by the Warranty under Supergo Company Limitied for a period of one year from the date of purchase via authorised official retailers in Hong Kong and Macau.

*Proof of purchase invoice shall include the original purchase date, item name and authorised retailer name in order to enjoy the warranty service during warranty period.

(3) LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not apply to product failure caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alliteration to the product’s surface will also void the product warranty. Talika product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Talika is also not responsible for damage or failure of any third party equipment, even if Talika has been advised of the possibility.

(4) APPLICATION PROCEDURES

For any warranty service application or after the first year of warranty period, please send us a request by email (customerservice@talika.com.hk) or contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3951 1599.

Please kindly provide your contact information (Your name and contact number), the invoice number, retailer name and reasons for product return. Our team will contact you shortly and explain you the return procedures.
