The whole online shopping experience is fine and smooth; however, your questionnaire for seeking review is not user-friendly because I'm not sure what you are looking for, particularly when I'm asked to "Give your review a title" - what am I supposed to say? You need to use a questionnaire or at least areas of focus so it's easier for the reviewers e.g. ease of navigation, delivery leadtime, etc. It's definitely not difficult to do this, as you can benchmark yourself with many other retailers. i look forward to seeing this improvement next.
