About Returns & Refunds
We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and shipped without damage. If you find the product you ordered is defective or damaged from shipping, you can return your damaged order to us within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Please send us a product return request by email (email@example.com). In the email, please kindly provide your contact information (Your name and contact number), the invoice number and reasons for product return/ product exchange/ refund. Our team will contact you shortly and explain you the return procedures.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 working days. We will refund the entire value of your purchase if the product returned is found in defective condition.
Please note that product return shipping cost is at customer's charge. However, if you request an exchange for your defective item, the replacement will be shipped at no cost to you, via Regular/Standard shipping

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.
When will my credit card or my account be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 working days.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
